We are a full service residential appraisal company with an office staff that is available 7 days a week to assist with an order in any way if and when needed. Currently we have 6 Certified Residential Appraisers, another 1 which is Licensed and have 3 that will be Licensed and Certified within this year.
We do about 400 appraisals a month and cover all of Northern and most of Central Jersey. All orders are called and attempts to schedule are made within 6 hours from when order is received (within regular business hours), any orders received after 6pm are contacted within 24 hours. We try to get every ordered scheduled right away. Our appraisers turn time is 24-48 hours to submit a report from the day it is inspected.
